What is a digital loyalty card?
It’s the phone version of a paper stamp card. Your customer saves it in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, next to bank cards and boarding passes, and earns points or stamps every time they visit. It doesn’t get lost, wet, or fill up their wallet.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The pass is added to the Wallet already on the phone—iPhone or Android. They scan the counter QR, enter name and phone, and the pass appears in seconds. No downloads, passwords, or accounts.
Do I need to change my POS or till?
No. Vuelvis runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer you already have at the counter. To add points you scan the customer’s QR or look up their phone. It doesn’t integrate with or replace your POS—so no installs or downtime.
How much does Vuelvis cost?
€49 per month per location, VAT not included, with the full product: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, points, rewards, campaigns, nearby alerts, browser till mode and unlimited members. No per-visit fee and no scan limits. Multi-location pricing is custom.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing us—no penalty, no notice period. Billing is monthly, so you only pay for the current month.
What’s included in the free pilot?
We set up your branded pass, the join QR for the counter, and browser till mode. You try it with real customers. If it fits, you move to the €49/month plan. If not, you pay nothing.
How do I know if customers come back more?
In the dashboard you see new members, who returned, each customer’s last visit and full points history. With names and phones of your regulars, you can run campaigns to people who haven’t shown up in a while.
What about customer data and GDPR?
The data is yours and processed under GDPR. At sign-up we collect explicit consent and keep evidence (date and text version). You can exercise your rights by emailing hola@vuelvis.com. Details are in our privacy policy.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
